Why Fuda Finance

Fuda Finance is more than a mortgage brokerage. We are a lending strategist. Our work is built around helping you understand your borrowing position, model your options, and move forward with clarity, not guesswork. From first enquiry through to settlement and beyond, every step is guided by strategy, plain-English explanation, and genuine care for your outcome.

Our story

Why Fuda Finance was created

Aaron Fuda launched Fuda Finance in 2021 with a clear purpose: to give individuals, families, and business owners access to the kind of lending strategy that actually makes a difference.

Too many people were arriving at major borrowing decisions without a real picture of their position. They had been quoted a rate or handed a product, but nobody had taken the time to explain their numbers, map their options, or help them think beyond the next approval.

Fuda Finance was built to change that. We are based in Sydney and work with clients across Australia, using phone, email, and video to make strategic lending advice accessible wherever you are.

A different approach

Most people focus on the loan. We focus on the strategy.

When most people think about getting a home loan, they think about finding the lowest rate or getting approved as quickly as possible. That is understandable. But it often means the bigger picture gets missed.

Borrowing power is not just a number a calculator spits out. It is shaped by how your income is structured, how your liabilities are held, how different lenders assess your situation, and what decisions you make in the months before you apply.

Understanding those factors is the difference between a loan that fits today and a lending position that supports where you want to go. That is what we focus on every time we work with a client.

The Borrowing Power Blueprint is the practical expression of this thinking. It maps your current position, identifies what may be possible, and gives you a clear, actionable plan, whether you are ready to move now or planning ahead.

I
Current position snapshot

We map your income, savings, liabilities, and structure to give you a clear, honest picture of where you stand today.

II
Buying range and repayment guide

We model what you may be able to borrow or buy, and what repayments could look like at different price points, so you can plan with real numbers.

III
Scenario modelling

We explore how different decisions, such as paying down debt, changing your employment structure, or timing your application differently, may affect your borrowing position.

IV
Action plan

We identify the practical levers that may help you reach your goals and give you a step-by-step plan to move forward with confidence.

01 / APPROACH
Clarity first
Complex lending made easier to understand, in plain English, without the bank jargon.
02 / STRATEGY
Strategy over transactions
We focus on long-term borrowing outcomes and your broader goals, not just the next approval or the cheapest rate.
03 / UNDERSTANDING
No judgement, ever
You are met with respect regardless of your financial structure, knowledge level, or past experiences.
04 / SUPPORT
Support beyond settlement

The relationship continues after your loan settles. Ongoing reviews and future planning are part of what we do.

How Fuda Finance is paid

Fuda Finance does not charge a fee for service. We are paid a commission by the lender when your loan settles, which means our advice does not cost you anything directly.

We work with more than 50 banks, lenders and financial institutions, so we can compare a wide range of options and recommend a pathway that fits your situation.

Our recommendations are guided by your needs, goals and borrowing position, not by a preferred lender or a one-size-fits-all process. If the right answer is to wait, restructure, prepare differently or choose a lender with a stronger fit for your circumstances, we will explain that clearly.

If you have questions about how commissions work or how we select lenders, we are happy to walk you through it.

Plain-English explanations

Clients consistently tell us they finally understand their numbers after working through their options with our team.

We are available to answer questions throughout the process, not just at the start. Clients say they never feel left in the dark.

Smooth, low-stress process
From first call to settlement, clients describe the process as straightforward, well-managed, and free of unnecessary complexity.

Advice tailored to your situation

Whether you are self-employed, buying your first home, or refinancing, guidance is shaped around your real circumstances.
